Wanted PRCS Suspect's Arrest Results in Gun and Narcotic Sales Charges
On May 23, 2019 at approximately 3:50 PM, the Fairfield Police Department’s Special Operations Team located Clifton Parker, a 37-year-old Fairfield resident, in the 1200 block of Dana Dr. Detectives knew Parker had an outstanding felony arrest warrant for being in violation of his Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) terms. Parker is on PRCS for a conviction of a felon/addict in possession of a firearm.
When Detectives located Parker they took him into custody based on the outstanding felony warrant. Parker had a loaded, stolen revolver and suspected heroin on his person. After Parker was taken into custody, a probation search was conducted at his apartment. At the apartment, detectives located suspected methamphetamine, scales, ammunition and illegal extended magazines for handguns. At the conclusion of the investigation, it was determined that the suspected heroin was possessed for the purpose of street sales. Parker was booked into county jail on the outstanding warrant along with firearms and narcotic related charges.
The Special Operations Team routinely targets narcotic dealers in the community. The sales of illegal narcotics on the street often leads to violent assaults and robberies, putting innocent citizens at risk. If you have any information regarding suspected narcotic dealing, please contact the Fairfield Police Departments Special Operations Team at (707) 428-7344. The Fairfield Police Department hopes everyone has a fun, but safe Memorial Day Weekend.
