California City Police Officers have arrested a Cal City man after he knocked down a 63 year-old man and kicked him several times while the victim was unconscious.  

Police arrested 49 year-old Wiley Fuller, of Cal City after he was involved in an altercation with the victim at an apartment building on 83rd Street. According to witnesses, Fuller struck the victim and knocked him to the ground. He repeatedly struck the victim until he was unconscious. While the victim was unconscious, Fuller was heard saying he wanted to kill the victim. Fuller kicked the victim’s head several times.

Fuller was arrested and charged with felony battery and criminal threats. He was also charged with committing a felony while out on bail on an unrelated case involving a domestic violence.

The victim is recovering at home.
