Power outages and traffic signal out 287south@ Madison Ave due to MV Crash on Franklin St. Estimated 1 hour. 
JCP&L has begun repair work on the down wires on Franklin St. caused by the earlier motor vehicle crash. As a result power was temporarily shut down in the vicinity which also caused the signal on Madison Ave @ 287 south to be out of service. JCP&L estimates power to be restored in 60 minutes. Expect delays and congestion on South St, and Madison Ave as traffic is being controlled by police officers at that intersection until the power is restored. Plan alternate routes if possible.
