The Academy will run June 24 - June 28, 2019.
The Youth Police Academy is designed to provide young adults with a better understanding of police in today’s society. This program will expose cadets to some of the training, procedures and technology utilized by police officers in order to provide the tools necessary to form objective opinions regarding police action. The Rahway Police Department hopes to increase the awareness and appreciation of law enforcement and our organization. This program is open to Rahway residents ages 11 - 15. Application deadline is May 29, 2019.
