FOOD ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR FLOOD-IMPACTED RESIDENTS
If you are a Lincoln County resident impacted by our recent flood and in need of food assistance, a location has been established for the distribution of food, water and cleaning supplies. The established Point of Distribution is:
103 Pine Street
(the former Meridian Waste facility)
Winfield, Missouri 63389
Initial hours of operation for this weekend are Saturday, May 18th from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM and Sunday, May 19th from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
The donations being distributed were donated specifically for flood relief, so you will be asked to provide proof of your address when you arrive. This helps ensure these items are reaching those most in need. We will also ask that you spend a few minutes completing a damage assessment survey. That survey is not a requirement, but it is important in our efforts to determine the type and scope of damage in Lincoln County.
