Summary:

Cruising the Boulevard, Inc. is having their annual Car Show and Cruise on Saturday, May 18, 2019 in Downtown Petaluma. They are requesting street closures for the purpose of the Car Show and Cruise. The event is scheduled to start at 8:00am and end at approximately 8:00pm (12 hours). Road closures will take effect starting at 5:00am. The road closures will remain in effect until 8:00pm.

Road closures will include the following:

Water St, American Alley, Telephone Alley, and the A St Parking Lot
Petaluma Blvd North (between D St and Washington St)
The #2 eastbound lane of Washington St (between Keller St and Petaluma Blvd N)
Western Avenue (between Petaluma Blvd N and Keller St)
4th St / Kentucky St (between B St and Washington St)
B St (between 2nd St and 4th St)

Eastbound and Westbound traffic on D Street will be condensed to one lane in each direction starting at 4:00pm for the actual cruise portion of the event.

The Police Department will be working this event to reasonably accommodate any traffic related issues. The Petaluma Police Department appreciates the public’s patience and understanding, and requests those who cannot avoid the area to allow plenty of time for travel.
