Minor Delays on Coast Hwy 
The Laguna Beach Water District will have the following lane closures from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.:
SB Coast Hwy / Agate – The number 2 southbound lane of Coast Hwy closed between Bluebird Canyon and Pearl Street for valve and hydrant replacements. Down to one lane until 3:00 p.m.
NB Coast Hwy / Boat Canyon – The number 2 northbound lane of Coast Hwy closed between Boat Canyon and Myrtle Street for valve and hydrant replacements. Down to one lane until 3:00 p.m.
