This is an emergency notification from the Lubbock Police Department regarding a(n) Traffic delay. The incident details at this time are: Road contruction on Interstate 27 between 34th street and 19th street. Traffic down to one lane due to closure for both north and southbound traffic. Expect delays or find an alternate route. The LPD needs the public to continue as normal, this is for information only.
