Burglary suspect captured after fleeing from Police 
A Burglary suspect is in Police custody after he attempted to break into two homes in the 21400 block of 79th Street. Residents reported hearing noises in their backyard. When they went to investigate they saw a male subject attempting to open a bedroom window. The subject fled on foot and a few minutes later tried to enter another home nearby. Officers surrounded the area and captured 24 year old Anthony Eller of Cal city.
He was arrested after officers found him in another back yard, hiding under a trash pile. He was also charged with violating probation for prior theft charges.
