DETAILS:  Ptl. Pollini was detailed to a single vehicle crash involving a Nissan sedan which drove off of Quakerbridge Rd., across the grass median, and onto an off-ramp for U.S. Route 1. During the investigation, Alexander Houser was determined to be DWI. He was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  Ptl. Zicha investigated a shoplifting where the following was reported:  At 3:00 pm a store manager saw that stacks of folded clothing on display near the front entrance were noticeably lower than they were at noon time. An inventory check revealed that over $1,500.00 worth of clothing had been stolen.

DETAILS:  Ptl. Crawford was detailed to Target for a shoplifting. Investigation determined the following: A Black male suspect in his late 30’s or early 40’s was observed by store Assets Protection removing a security spider wrap from a Dyson vacuum cleaner that was in his shopping cart along with some clothing. When the suspect attempted to walk out of the store without paying for any of the items, he was confronted by Assets Protection. He immediately abandoned the shopping cart and ran into the parking lot where he got into an awaiting black Chevrolet SUV that fled the scene prior to police arrival.

DETAILS:  Sgt. Bal initiated a stop on a white Ford pick-up truck for improper passing. During the stop, and with the assistance of Ptl. Zicha and his narcotic detection K-9 Hodge, Joshua McLaughlin was found to be in possession of three hypodermic needles and various drug paraphernalia. McLaughlin was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  Ptl. Knox was detailed to Target for a shoplifter who was being detained by store Assets Protection. Investigation determined that Brandon Bonilla concealed various items under his clothing and passed all points of sale without paying for any of the merchandise. Bonilla was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  Ptl. Robles initiated a stop on a silver Cadillac sedan for having dark tinted front windows and a defective brake light. During the stop, Tyrell Williams who is 18 years old, was found to be in possession of an open container of cognac liquor. A passenger, Shakeem Williams was not wearing his seat-belt, and was determined to have a warrant for his arrest from Trenton for $1,000.00. Tyrell and Shakeem were processed at WWPD Headquarters. Tyrell was released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court. Shakeem was released pending a future date at Trenton Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  While on routine patrol, Ptl. Zicha observed a suspicious person walking in the parking lot of the Square at West Windsor, and towards the Lowe’s store which was closed at the time. The person was identified as Wilfredo Casiano, and he was determined to have two active warrants for his arrest out of Lawrence Township. When Ptl. Zicha and Ptl. Robles attempted to arrest Casiano, he got into a fighting stance and attempted to punch Ptl. Robles. He was wrestled to the ground, but continued to resist efforts to handcuff him. Ptl. Zicha deployed his K-9 Hodge whose bark convinced Casiano to surrender. Both Casiano and the officers sustained minor injuries. The officers also sustained damage to parts of their uniforms. Casiano was processed at WWPD Headquarters and turned over to the Lawrence Police Department for the arrest warrants.

DETAILS:  Patrol units were detailed to a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Windsor Woods apartments. The vehicle in question was located, and during the investigation Rafey Jamal and Marcus Williams were found to be in possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and various drug paraphernalia. Both Jamal and Williams were processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending future dates at West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  While Ptl. Crawford was on patrol, he came upon a motor vehicle crash on U.S. Route 1 that was occupying two lanes of travel. During the investigation, it was found that a black Nissan being driven by Okey Sibeudu had struck a bus. Sibeudu was also determined to be DWI. Due to minor injuries, he was transported to the hospital where a search warrant was granted to obtain for samples of his blood for analysis. Sibeudu was released from custody pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  Ptl. LaForge investigated a white Ford SUV that was stopped on the shoulder of U.S. Route 1 and had its right turn signal activated. During the investigation, the driver, Melisa Auguste was found to be disoriented and determined to be DWI. She was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.
