* At 606 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported that flooding continues to result in multiple road closures across the area. Mill Creek near Bunker Hill also remains above its flood stage, which affects Henshaw Road near Interstate 81. Rain is tapering off, so water levels on smaller streams should begin receding this evening.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Winchester, Martinsburg, Charles Town, Shepherdstown, Millwood Pike, Ranson, Berryville, Inwood, Stephens City, Harpers Ferry, Kearneysville, Corporation Of Ranson, Berkeley, Middletown, Bolivar, Shenandoah Junction, Boyce, Middleway, Winebrenners Cross and White Post.
