Pomona Patrol Officers Arrest Documented Gang Member with Handgun and Narcotics Packaged for Sales
Suspect:
Narrative:
On Saturday, May 4, 2019, at approximately 11:00 PM, Pomona Police Patrol Officers responded to a family disturbance call for service. Officers observed a male matching the provided description inside the apartment as they approached the residence. After gaining entry, they located TOSCANO hiding under a bed. Next to TOSCANO was a fully loaded firearm and ¼ lb. of narcotics packaged in various quantities.
Record checks revealed that TOSCANO had an arrest warrant for 273.5 PC – Domestic Violence. TOSCANO is on AB109 (PRCS) for 273.5 PC Domestic Violence, Probation for 11378 H&S – Possession of Narcotics for Sales and 207 PC – Kidnapping.
TOSCANO was booked into the Pomona City Jail on the above indicated charges.
