* Flash Flood Watch for portions of Maryland, northwest Virginia, and West Virginia, including the following areas, in Maryland, Central and Eastern Allegany, Extreme Western Allegany, Frederick MD, and Washington. In northwest Virginia, Clarke and Frederick VA. In West Virginia, Berkeley, Eastern Grant, Eastern Mineral, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Morgan, Western Grant, and Western Mineral.
* Until midnight EDT tonight
* Multiple rounds of thunderstorms with heavy rain may result in flash flooding through this evening. Areal average rainfall of near one inch is expected, with localized amounts in excess of three inches possible.
