Request for assistance to identify theft suspect 
On 04-02-2019 a suspect was seen via Walmart surveillance video lurking through the parking lot. The suspect then observed the victim placing groceries into her vehicle.
While the victim was distracted, the suspect ran by the shopping cart and stole victim's pursue from it. He continued to run out of the parking lot onto Sunset Road. While we understand this image is not of the best quality, if anyone has any information related to this crime or witnessed this event take place, please contact BTPD.
