Rohnert Park DPS is looking for a Missing Person At Risk, highly functional Autistic Adult. Javier Echavarria, 22 yrs, white male, 6', 200 lbs, sandy brown hair. Last seen wearing a yellow hoodie with M&M NASCAR logo, grey tshirt, blu shorts,whi socks and blk tennis shoes. Javier is highly functional and verbal. He has been missing for the last 3 hours, on foot from his residence in F section in Rohnert Park.
