The Marseilles Police Department is actively monitoring the Illinois River Levels. Currently the level is at 17.85 feet and predicted to rise to 24 feet on May 2nd at 1:00 PM. The current mandatory evacuation level is set for 22.5 feet and is predicted to reach that level on May 1 at 7:00 PM. The Marseilles Police Department will continue to monitor the river predictions and will relay any further instructions as more information becomes available.
