At  about 3 PM on Tuesday April 23, 2019, a suspect indecently exposed himself when juveniles walked past the suspect's parked vehicle. This occurred in the area of Highland Oaks Avenue near Sycamore Avenue and Virginia Avenue near Highland Oaks Avenue. The suspect did not attempt to contact the victims. The suspect was described as a male Hispanic, in his late 20’s or early 30’s, with a heavy-frame, who had short black hair and a short black beard. The suspect vehicle was an older-model, silver, four-door sedan. Please report suspicious persons to the Arcadia Police Department at (626) 574-5151.
