16 Arrested From SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Operation “Birds Of Prey”

Forest Park PD, Riverdale PD, and Clayton County PD joined forces with the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office to execute Sheriff Victor Hill’s Operation “Birds Of Prey”.  16 suspects were arrested during this operation.

Two noteworthy arrest during the operation goes as follows:

Sandrick Antonio Dozier was wanted for Felony Burglary. Deputies and Officers went to the address on Magnolia Circle, Jonesboro to make the arrest. Mr. Dozier was identified positively identified but refused to open the door. Dozier did not want to go and stay at “The Hill-ton”.

After knocking and announcing law enforcement and K9 presence for approximately fifteen minutes, the door it was kicked in.  Dozier was in the bedroom of the apartment and called out to the deputies’ location. A secondary person, Ms. Simona Villareal-Mendez was in the apartment. She was also called out to the deputies location.  Once the apartment was made safe it was determined Dozier kept Ms. Villareal-Mendez from going to the door to let the deputies inside.  Dozier was charged with his warrant for Burglary, Obstruction of an officer, and False Imprisonment.

Keenan Renard Adams was wanted for felony probation and was not interested in the free accommodations waiting for him at the “Hill-ton” either.  When Officers and Deputies working the Warrant Round Up went to the address on Milligan Ct, College Park to make the arrest, Adams attempted to flee by jumping from a second story window. The window he chose was covered by a Sheriff’s Deputy and Adams was taken into custody. Adams was charged with his warrant for Felony Violation of Probation (VOP) and Obstruction of an officer.

Both of these suspects along with the 14 others are now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
