Synopsis: A 16 year old female victim was in a verbal argument with one Hispanic female suspect and two Hispanic male suspects. The female suspect and one of the male suspects punched the victim in the face. The victim fell on the ground and one of the suspects kicked the victim in the head. The suspects fled unknown direction on foot from the scene. There is no further descriptions on the male suspects. The female was described as a Hispanic female in her late teens early 20's, 5'3-5'4, 120 lbs. with long black hair in a bun. She was wearing a black Adidas hoodie, black pants and a Mexican Flag bandana over her face. The victim was transported to the hospital. Her injuries are non life threatening. San Diego Police Central Division Detectives are investigating.
