Narrative:

On Thursday, April 19, 2019 at approximately 10:00 PM, members of the Pomona Police Department's Special Investigations Unit, assisted by the Pomona Police Department's Major Crimes Task Force and the Claremont Police Department served a search warrant at 3752 Towne Park Circle, Pomona. This location has been the source numerous problems ranging from noise complaints, narcotic sales, stolen property and disruptive behavior.

The location has generated over 100 calls for service for the Pomona Police Deparment over the past year. Because this location borders the neighboring City of Claremont, the Claremont Police Department has also received numerous calls for service at this residence alleging the same illegal and disorderly behavior.

During the service of the warrant, 10 subjects were contatced at the residence. Only two were identified as actually residing at the location. Four subjets were arrested for outstanding arrests warrants. A stolen motorcyle was also recovered on the premises.

Once the location was secured, Pomona Code Enforcement and Building Inspectors responded to the location. 3752 Towne Park Circle was ultimately red-tagged, meaning the residence was unsafe to occupy. Until the location is up to proper code compliance, anyone seen loitering on or about the premises is subject to arrest for trespassing. In addition to Code Enforcement and Building Inspectors, the Inland Valley Humane Society also responded where numerous malnurished pets were rescued from the inside the location.

If you observe subjects loitering or trespassing at 3752 Towne Park Circle, you are encouraged to contact the Pomona Police Department or call crime stoppers and leave a tip. All tips are reviewed and disseminated to a Pomona Police Specialty unit. The Pomona Police department is dedicated to the safety and security of its citizens.
