Caltrans to close one lane of Webb Way from PCH to Malibu Rd for fire hydrant installation Tues 4/16 - Fri 5/3, 10PM - 6AM, nighttime only 
Caltrans will close one lane of Webb Way from PCH to Malibu Road for installation of a new fire hydrant, Tuesday, April 16 - Friday, May 3, 10PM to 6AM (night time only). Caltrans will have traffic control in place with alternating lanes and flaggers.
