Synopsis: A 24 year old male was driving a silver 2013 Chevy Malibu westbound along 2000 Main Street at a high rate of speed. The road curves sharply to the right and he could not negotiate the turn. The male lost control of the vehicle and slid off the roadway, into a drainage ditch. An unidentified female front passenger sustained a displaced pelvis, brain bleed and brain swelling. The female is in critical condition. The male driver was intubated and his injuries are unknown at this time. Traffic Division responded to the scene and will be handling the investigation.
