11:30am: Over 2,000 customers have been restored in the last 30 minutes. Here is the latest info as of 11:25am from JCP&L “ We continue staged restoration efforts. Currently we are showing 5330 customers out of power in Monroe. Additional resources have been sent to assist in repairs of broken crossarms in multiple locations. Our current estimate to restore customers associated with the 4 circuit lockouts which represents about 5200 customers in Monroe is between 1 and 3pm weather and other issues dependent.”
