* TEMPERATURE...Lows tonight are forecast in the lower to middle 30s. Valleys and outlying areas may briefly drop below freezing, especially in southern Illinois and southeast Missouri.
* IMPACTS...Widespread frost is expected to develop overnight and last through early Monday morning. This may damage or kill tender young blooms and early season vegetation if protective measures are not taken.
