The Storm Prediction Center has raised the risk of severe thunderstorms to ENHANCED for north and most of central Georgia for Sunday.

There is an elevated risk of severe storms producing:
- Damaging winds >60mph
- Heavy rain (1-2” in just a few hours)
- Tornadoes (brief spin-up)
