Wind Advisory until 12:00AM Sunday
Strong winds are expected to develop across southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi in advance of a cold front on Saturday. Sustained winds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph are expected. The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from noon Saturday to midnight CDT Saturday night.

* WINDS...Sustained winds near 25 mph with frequent gusts of 30 to 35 mph
* IMPACTS...Winds of this strength can break small tree limbs and blow around loose objects such as trashcans and lawn furniture. Additionally, gusty crosswinds can make driving difficult, especially on elevated roadways and bridges.
