Full Notification

The City’s contractor, Ford Development, continues with the street reconstruction phase of the project.  Crews will be working from 151 Ritchie to the cul-de-sac.  They are scheduled to be completed with the sub grade removal/replacement the week on April 15^th.  They will then begin the curb installation followed by asphalt paving.  Residents will be notified when the construction will prevent the use of the driveway; street parking will be available when there is no access to a driveway.
From 7 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday please note that you will need to go east or west away from the street construction to exit your subdivision. You will not be able to drive through the construction site.

Duke’s contractor, RLA Contracting, is working from 151 Ritchie to the Pike. If you live in this area please exit the subdivision to the east (via Springfield Pike).  There may be delays but they will allow you to pass through their working zone.  This phase on the new gas main and services installation is scheduled to be completed in May.  Homeowners will be notified of the work to be performed and are encouraged to contact Duke to reconnect their gas service (Door hanger fliers will be placed at each home with instructions on how to contact Duke to expedite transition to the new service to their home).
 
Both contractors continue to assure the buses travel their normal route and time.
