Yesterday evening, Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill’s elite Vice Squad apprehended Charles Richard Walker at a location in Stockbridge on the charge of Prostitution-Pimping.  Walker was also found to be wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio for Robbery (2 counts), Theft, Aggravated Theft, Promoting Prostitution, Rape (2 counts), Kidnapping (Sexual Motivations Specifications), Attempted Burglary (2 counts), Aggravated Burglary, A Domestic Violence, Violating Protection Order, Consent Agreement, Anti-Stalking, and Menacing by Stalking. 

Two additional subjects, Diamon Taylor (DOB: 1995/09/08, B/F, LE #2072412) and Destiny Patrice Carby (DOB: 2000/01/27, B/F, LE #2072414), were taken into custody in reference to the same incident.  Taylor has been charged with Prostitution-Pimping and Carby has been charged with Prostitution.  In addition to this charge, Carby is also wanted out of the Dunwoody Police Department for Failure to Appear on the charge of Shoplifting and out of the Peachtree City Police Department for Failure to Appear on the charge of Public Order Crimes. 

Yesterday when the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office Vice Squad conducted a prostitution sting at a location in Stockbridge.  Charles Walker and Diamon Taylor arrived at the location and dropped off Destiny Carby to conduct the prostitution transaction.  When approached by law enforcement, the subjects attempted to flee, but were prevented from doing so by the Vice Squad.  Carby then attempted to flee on foot, but was captured a short distance away.  Initially, Walker gave investigators a false name of Darrel Wimbush, but his true identity was later determined through further investigation into the incident, and he was found to be wanted out of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. 

On January 11th, 2014, officers from the Cleveland Police Department responded to a local hospital in reference to a victim of a sexual assault.  On the previous day, the victim had been picked up by an unknown male, who drove her and a friend to a party.  While at the party, the victim was handed a drink by the unknown male, which smelled like liquor.  After the party, the victim and her friend left with the male in his vehicle.  While riding in the vehicle, the victim became violently ill and began throwing up in the car, expressing that she felt “out of it.”  The victim’s friend was then dropped off at another location, and the male entered the freeway, driving for some time before pulling into the parking lot of a hotel.  The male stated that he was going into the hotel to pay someone off, and upon returning to the vehicle, he forced the victim out of the car and into a hotel room.  The assailant then proceeded to sexually assault the victim, despite the victim’s pleas for him to stop.  After the assault, the victim asked the attacker when they would be leaving.  The attacker responded by telling her to “shut up” and to “quit asking stupid questions.”  When the offender did get up,  he went into the victim’s purse and took approximately $30.00 USD to $40.00 USD from it.  The victim was then driven home, which took approximately fifteen to twenty minutes.  Investigation into the incident led the Cleveland Police Department to determine the assailant to be Charles Richard Walker, and charges were subsequently brought against Walker for Rape (2 counts) and Kidnapping (Sexual Motivation Specifications) in direct relation to the incident. 

On April 20th, 2017, officers from the Richmond Heights Police Department responded to a local hospital to take a report from a female who stated that she had been held against her will by Charles Richard Walker at an apartment building in Richmond Heights and had taken herself to the hospital for mental health treatment.  The female expressed to law enforcement that she and Walker had previous history dating back to when the victim was 18 or 19 years old.  The victim stated that Walker had taken her out-of-state and had pressed her into prostitution and drug use.  The victim’s statement was taken by law enforcement and an investigation initiated in reference to the allegations. 

On May 24th, 2017 in Richmond Heights, Ohio, officers from the Richmond Heights Police Department responded to a robbery call at the same apartment building as the previous incident after receiving an anonymous tip from a witness who had heard a window shattering in the building.  Officers later determined that a male had come to the apartments to meet with a woman whom he had previously met on Instagram.  It was determined that the male had jumped out of the window of the apartment because he thought he was being set up to be robbed.  The male was later the victim of a strong-arm robbery by a black male and a black female, after he jumped out of the window.  The victim attempted to flee via his vehicle and was then struck by the assailants’ vehicle as he tried to leave the area.  It was reported that $60.00 USD and a cell phone were stolen from the victim by the two attackers.  Charges for Robbery (2 counts), Theft, Aggravated Theft, and Promoting Prostitution were brought against Walker as a result of the above incidents. 

On September 25th, 2017, in Garfield Heights, Ohio, officers from the Garfield Heights Police Department arrived at an apartment building in response to reports of a female screaming for help.  Officers made contact with the victim, who stated that her ex-boyfriend and father of her children, Charles Richard Walker, had entered her residence, uninvited, despite having a temporary protection order barring him from having contact with the victim.  Walker attempted to hit the victim and grabbed her as she screamed for help.  After the victim screamed for someone to call 9-1-1, Walker fled the home.  Officers observed a first floor side window that was pulled up, and the victim advised that she had had it cracked open due to the warm weather.  Charges were brought against Walker for Attempted Burglary (2 counts), A Domestic Violence, Violating Protection Order, Consent Agreement, Anti-Stalking, and Menacing by Stalking, in reference to the incident.

Walker, Carby, and Taylor are all three now enjoying luxurious accommodations at “The Hill-ton” where they are learning how to face the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
