MET Deputies arrest Allison Pope for ID theft, possession of methamphetamine and probation violation

Suspect: Allison Pope, 39 years old, a resident of Chino Hills
SUMMARY:
On April 10, 2019 at approximately 11:30 a.m., deputies from the Chino Hills Multiple Enforcement Team (MET), served an arrest warrant in the 15000 block of Aqueduct Lane. MET deputies contacted and arrested Allison Pope for a probation violation. A probation search of Pope’s residence led to the discovery of approximately 14.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine. In addition, stolen mail belonging to approximately 20 victims was recovered, along with numerous forged checks and credit cards, all consistent with identity theft.
Pope is currently on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) for Grand Theft, as a result of Assembly Bill 109 (AB-109). Pope was arrested for PC 530.5(a) – Identity theft and HS 11377(a) –Possession of Controlled Substance. Pope was transported and booked at the West Valley Detention Center, where she is being held without bail for her violation of probation.
