The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 9 PM this evening to noon CDT Thursday.

* WINDS...East 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* IMPACTS...Driving will be difficult, especially on north to south roads. Unsecured outdoor objects may be blown around.

* AFFECTED AREAS: OGLE ... WINNEBAGO ... MCHENRY ... KANE ... LA SALLE ... DE KALB ... LEE ... BOONE

Instructions:
