Dense fog continues to spread over all of central, eastern and southeast Illinois. Visibilities are expected to be one quarter mile or less and will vary in the advisory area. Motorists should use extreme caution in driving.

* VISIBILITY...Visibilities are reported around one quarter mile and will remain low until mid morning.

* IMPACTS...Main threat will be hazardous driving conditions through mid morning
