On April 3, Pomona Police Officers with specialized VICE training conducted a proactive directed enforcement operation on the Holt Ave corridor. As a result, our officers arrested a total of 5 prostitutes and 2 “John’s,” (a prostitute’s client) who were attempting to engage in sexual acts in exchange for money. All persons listed above were arrested and booked at the Pomona City jail.
In total, the two-day operation netted, 13 arrests including a recovered minor.
