The La Mesa Police Department is seeking the public's help to find a missing 89-year-old woman in La Mesa.

On April 2, 2019, at approximately 11:30 am, Conception “Connie” Bibo, who is 89 years old, was last seen leaving her residence located in the 6700 block of Alamo Way, in the City of La Mesa.  Mrs. Bibo’s family returned home at approximately 2:30 pm, and discovered Mrs. Bibo and her vehicle were not at the residence. Mrs. Bibo is described as 4’9”, approximately 97 lbs., with dyed brown hair with gray roots, brown eyes, and wears glasses. 
 
Mrs. Bibo is believed to suffer from pre-dementia and has had recent issues with memory loss and getting lost.
  
Mrs. Bibo is believed to be driving her gray 2013 Hyundai Elantra California Plate #7KGN243.

The La Mesa Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding Mrs. Bibo.  If anyone sees Mrs. Bibo or her vehicle or hears from her, please call the La Mesa Police Department at (619) 667-1400 or call your local law enforcement agency and they can assist you.
