Yesterday evening, Federal Agents from the Department Of Commerece contacted the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office when they began receiving threats from a Jonesboro man who was rejected for over 250 trademarks that he submitted.  The following examples of what he submitted is perhaps a clue of why they were rejected:

“Kill everyone in Clayton County GA” “Kill everyone in Dekalb County GA” “Kill everyone in Fulton County GA” “Kill everyone in Atlanta GA”

The man identified as David Golphin Jr sent the following threat in response to his rejection:

“TA Will charge The Supreme Court for perjury as a lie detector forever and have all Supreme Court Judges and Department of Justice Department Official beheaded, severed, and assassinated at the result of a failure of this lie detector test forever for the safety of the United States of America and the United States of IDELIK”

Sheriff Victor Hill, The Fugitive Squad Commander, and members of the Sheriff’s Tactical Patrol Division searched for Dolphin last night who was spotted in the area of Southlake Mall.

Dolphin who was already wanted for probation violation was spotted less than an hour ago by an observant Deputy Sargeant walking down Tara Blvd.  Dolphin was taken into custody without incident.  By order of the Sheriff, Dolphin will receive a thorough mental evaluation.

The Secret Service has already been notified that Dolphin is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail now known to all as, “The Hill-ton”
