INCIDENT: TRAFFIC COLLISION

On Thursday March 28th, 2019 at about 6:07 AM, Pomona Police Department received a call of a vehicle versus pedestrian traffic collision in the area of MIssion Blvd and Reservoir St. When officers arrived, they discovered a vehicle had struck a pedestrian in the roadway. They located a female adult victim down in lanes of traffic. Los Angeles County Fire Department pronounced the pedestrian deceased upon their arrival. The driver of the involved vehicle was also contacted on scene, and they are cooperating fully with the investigation.
The female pedestrian is described as a Hispanic or White female, approximately 40 years of age with short hair. She is of average height, and a heavy build. The female has not been identified, and anyone with information on her possible identity is encouraged to call.
