Officer contacted vehicle in parking lot, male passenger fled on foot and was apprehended by additional officers and booked into Snohomish County Jail on multiple warrants. Driver gave consent to search vehicle; drug paraphernalia, vehicle prowl and burglary tools, shaved keys and stolen property from recent vehicle prowls located.
