Male stopped for expired tabs; arrested for failing to obey officer commands – 500 BLK S Lewis St
Vehicle stopped due to expired tabs; drug paraphernalia visible; vehicle impounded pending search warrant – 14900 BLK 179th Ave SE
Report of altercation between bicyclist and pickup driver; driver left prior to police arrival and bicyclist was uncooperative – N Kelsey St / W Hill St
Officer contacted vehicle in parking lot, male passenger fled on foot and was apprehended by additional officers and booked into Snohomish County Jail on multiple warrants. Driver gave consent to search vehicle; drug paraphernalia, vehicle prowl and burglary tools, shaved keys and stolen property from recent vehicle prowls located. Multiple charges are pending. – 18800 BLK SR 2
