* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 5 AM EDT Saturday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
