The traffic restrictions and road closures have been lifted and all traffic flow has returned to normal. The Redwood City Police Department would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding. The traffic restrictions were in place to allow Vice President Pence to attend a technology conference at the Oracle Conference Center. At the conclusion of the conference the Vice President departed the Bay Area.
