Mark your calendar and join us at the 2019 State of the City Address presented by Mayor Robin Grundmeyer! This year’s Address, titled “{Re}Defining Norco: A Community Shaped by its People,” will be held on Thursday, March 21, at Villa Amalfi Ristorante at the Hidden Valley Golf Club, located at 10 Clubhouse Drive in Norco. The reception will begin at 6 p.m. and the presentation will begin at 7 p.m. Admission and parking are free to the public.
The State of the City presents an opportunity for residents, local businesspersons and community organizations to learn about the current issues lying ahead for the City of Norco, many of which affect all communities in Riverside County, the State of California and throughout America. Sometimes visitors are surprised when they experience the “real” Norco, which usually does not conform to their predetermined vision. Mayor Grundmeyer’s Address will redefine “Norco” as both a noun and an adjective, focusing on how the people of Norco—a surprisingly diverse collection of individuals, families and entrepreneurs—define and shape our unique community. The Mayor will highlight how their passion for Norco, expressed in so many different ways, generates a sense of unity that is crucial in order to sustain our cherished lifestyle.
