* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches possible. Winds gusting as high as 55 to 65 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and east central and south central Nebraska.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on hazardous road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Strong winds could cause damage to trees and power lines.

* AFFECTED AREAS: YORK ... THAYER ... FILLMORE ... NUCKOLLS ... JEWELL ... POLK
