Green Bay Police See More Autos Stolen With the Keys Inside 
The Green Bay Police Department continues to see a large number of auto thefts where the keys were left in the vehicles or the vehicles were left running. Unfortunately, in some of these cases the vehicles were taken by an individual who is several years too young to obtain a driver's license.
A map of the 8 auto thefts that have occurred with keys or with the vehicles left running since March 1st is attached to this press release. This continues to be a significant issue in our community, particularly when someone young and untrained steals a car and drives it.
Please don't leave your keys in the car or leave it running and unattended.
