Disturbance call leads to arrest of Princeton man on multiple charges. 
On March 12, 2019, at 12:27 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a disturbance in the 3600 block of South County Road 50 West. Deputy Loren Barchett and Sergeant John Fischer were dispatched to the residence and conducted an investigation. At the end of their investigation Deputy Loren Barchett placed 27 year old Billy Stevens Jr of Princeton into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Mr. Stevens was charged with Battery, Intimidation, and Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon. He has since posted a $2200 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
