LOCATION: City of Adelanto
 
SUSPECT: Damien Hernandez, 19 years old, Adelanto
 
VICTIM(S): None identified at this time
 
SUMMARY:
On January 15, 2019, Detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Crimes Against Children Detail (CAC), conducted an investigation regarding a subject in possession of child pornography. Detectives received information that an unknown subject who resided on the 11100 block of Rosedale Drive in the city of Adelanto, was in possession of, and distributed child pornography.
 
On Thursday, March 7, 2019, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Specialized Enforcement Detail (SED) and CAC served a residential search warrant at Damien Hernandez’s residence. At the conclusion of the investigation, detectives arrested Hernandez for possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography. Hernandez was subsequently booked into the High Desert Detention Center and shortly after his arrest, he posted bail.
