Edward F. Hetzel, 25, from Wildwood Crest was arrested on February 4 by Patrolman Mihal and charged with Burglary.
 
Ernest J. McCarraher, 40, from Villas was arrested on February 4 by Patrolman Salvesen on an active warrant.
 
David Lambert, 39, from North Cape May was arrested on February 4 by Patrolman Salvesen and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and an active warrant.
 
Joshua Shaw, 26, from Villas was arrested on February 4 by Patrolman Salvesen on active warrants.
 
Julian C. Atwood, 44, from Whitesboro was arrested on February 5 by Patrolman Ritterhoff and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Marijuana over 50 Grams but under 5 Lbs., Distribute Marijuana/Hash, Distribution of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
 
Albert J. Seibert, III, 52, from Cape May Court House was arrested on February 6 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
 
Joseph Patitucci, 19, from Del Haven was arrested on February 6 by Patrolman Martindale and charged with Consumption of Alcoholic Beverage While under the Legal Age and active warrants.
 
Christopher T. Foster, 19, from Burleigh was arrested on February 6 by Patrolman Pastore and charged with Possession or Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages by Person under Legal Age.
 
William A. Wilson, 40, from Cape May Court House was arrested on February 6 by Patrolman Sunderhauf and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
 
Jamar A. Lovett, 22, from Swainton was arrested on February 7 by Patrolman Pastore and charged with Receiving Stolen Property.
 
Michelle L. Hinds, 45, from Jackson, NJ was arrested on February 9 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Shoplifting.
 
Eric J. Panny, 36, from Green Creek was arrested on February 9 by Patrolman Salvesen and charged with Shoplifting, Unlawful Possession of Weapons-Other Weapons, Certain Persons Not to Have Weapons, and an active warrant.
 
Miguel A. Claudio, 33, from Wildwood was arrested on February 9 by Patrolman Karge and charged with Aggravated Assault on Police Officer, Possession of Prescription Legend Drugs, Five or More, and Driving While Intoxicated.
 
   It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.  This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
