Enhanced Enforcement Areas Scheduled Week of March 10th through March 16th

South Brunswick Police will provide the public with notice of areas in the township where there will be increased traffic enforcement.

While enforcement efforts take place throughout the township, these areas will receive additional focus:

Enhanced Enforcement Areas:
 
Location:         Stouts Lane
Issue:              Speeding, Distracted Driving
Times:             7:00-7:30am and 2:00-2:45pm
 
Location:          Kingston Lane
Issue:               Speeding
Times:              9:00 – 10:00am and 4:00-5:00pm
  
Location:        Route 27 in Kingston
Issue:              Speeding, Distracted Driving, and Pedestrian Safety.
Times:            10:00am-1:00pm

There is still time to join one of our planning team groups in working through brainstorming protocols that will begin to flesh out the top priorities for our plan.

3/11 - 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Mental Wellness - How might we best support our students and staff in the areas that impact stress, feelings of safety and belonging, being valued and supported? Many categories align here and can be explored during this next phase.
 
3/12 - 6:00 PM - Planning for Growth - How might we manage the impact on school facilities, safety, crowding, transportation and other issues associated with operations of the district considering the expected building of potentially 5,000 new homes in the next 5-7 years? How might we develop systems to welcome these new families?
 
3/27 - 6:00 - 9:00 PM - Academic Programming -How might we maintain our high level programming while also opening doors and identifying pathways for all students towards college and career? How might we tie-in to various structures that allow students to focus on specific subject matter? How might we balance all things that happen in a child’s education and school experience incorporating real life learning opportunities?
 
3/28 - 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Supporting Struggling Learners - How might we best support our underperforming students who struggle with school for any multitude of reasons? How might we structure our supports with English language learners, students with special needs or students who do not perfectly fit the mold of school?
