On Monday March 04, 2019, JERDDERIAL WILLIAMS, a 38 year old Harper Woods resident, was formally charged in 32-A District Court in front of the Honorable Judge Daniel S. Palmer with:
Count 1: Criminal Sexual Conduct-Second Degree (Relationship)
Count 2: Criminal Sexual Conduct-Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Penetration.
Judge Palmer set bond at $75,000.00 cash. WILLIAMS has a Preliminary Examination scheduled for March 20, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. in 32-A District Court. If convicted, WILLIAMS faces a mandatory minimum of 25 years in prison.
WILLIAMS had been arrested by Harper Woods Police on February 28, 2019 after he was alleged to have sexually assaulted a juvenile female in the 20700 block of Country Club. Harper Woods detectives immediately began an investigation and developed information which led to Williams’s arrest.
