WESTERN GREENBRIER-WIND CHILL ADVISORY FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM WEDNESDAY.

WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST THIS MORNING...
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM EST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 5 to 10 below zero early this morning. Wind chills as low as 10 to 15 below zero expected tonight.

* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning. Then from 9 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Northwest winds may also gust to 40 or 45 mph overnight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and gloves.
