Suspects: Georgie Salazar, 22 years old, Montclair Resident
Ivan Valdovinos, 25 years old, Pomona Resident
Narrative:
On Monday, March 4, 2019 at about 12:47 am, the victim was inside his residence when heard Suspect Salazar inside his vehicle. The victim exited his home and confronted Suspect Salazar. Suspect Valdovinos exited a second victim vehicle and confronts the Victim. Suspect Valdovinos loaded a round into the chamber of his small caliber handgun and fires one round at the Victim. The Victim was not struck or injured.
The Victim fled and called the Pomona Police Department and gave a detailed description of the suspects. Arriving officers observed and detained the suspects a short distance away. An area check for evidence was made and the officers located the loaded firearm that was used in the incident.
The suspects were positively identified by the victim. The suspects were arrested for Attempted Grand Theft Auto and Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
