Gov. Murphy has declared a State of Emergency effective at 3pm. Rain beginning this afternoon turning to snow. 4-8 inches of accumulations are expected with the heaviest accumulations expected to begin after 9pm.
residents are reminded to remove vehicles from designated streets.
