* WHERE...Portions of central, east central and northeast Illinois.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: KANE ... COOK ... DUPAGE ... LAKE ... KANKAKEE ... KENDALL ... WILL ... GRUNDY ... IROQUOIS ... FORD ... LIVINGSTON
